Job Description 岗位职责 根据生产计划和工艺要求，完成产品或部件的装配、测试、调试及包装工作。 严格按照作业指导书（SOP）、工艺文件及质量标准进行操作，确保产品质量和交付要求。 收集、记录并维护生产测试数据及质量记录。 负责生产设备及工装的日常点检、简单维护及基础保养。 对设备报警及生产异常进行初步分析和故障处理，及时恢复生产运行。 协助工程师开展新产品导入（NPI）、工艺验证、设备调试及持续改善项目。 及时反馈生产过程中发现的设备、质量及工艺问题，并协助推动解决。 遵守公司EHS、ESD及商业行为准则等相关要求。 Qualifications 任职要求 中专、大专及以上学历，机械、电子、电气、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业优先。 3年以上制造业相关工作经验，具备生产装配及设备技术支持经验。 熟悉生产设备的基本操作，能够处理常见设备报警及简单故障。 了解基础机械、电气或电子知识，具备基本电路原理和电子元器件相关知识。 具备较强的动手能力及问题分析解决能力。 能阅读简单英文技术资料、设备说明书及作业文件。 熟练使用电脑进行数据录入及基本办公操作。 工作认真负责，具有良好的团队合作精神和学习能力。 Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule.
