What will you do? You will provide e ngineering support for the u tility team in vaccine facility. You will support the u tilities (clean utilities & black utilities ) and HVAC team in routine operation, maintenance and continuous improvements . You will be involved in quality trend review and drafting the reports for quality review board. You will be involved in review of standard operation procedures and safety workplace risk assessments. You will support the asset care program to ensure both reliability and maintenance are world class. You will be involved with the team in implementation of facility improvement plans. Support in SAP Master data and spare parts management Optimization of maintenance and calibration plans in SAP System. You may be asked to perform other activities as assigned by N&#43;1 . What will you learn? You will have opportunities to learn the following: The different type of equipment that are used for vaccines manufacturing. How the utilities equipment functions and the impact of each equipment have on the production system. Liaising with external contractors and vendors for equipment issues and improvement initiatives. Liaising with above site (GSK sister plant outside Tuas) for sharing issue or requesting for support. Working closely with quality and production department on understanding problems that are contributed by utilities equipment. Understanding and using the different type of modules in SAP for routine and ad-hoc activities. Deeper understanding the requirements of a vaccines site on producing vaccines.
