Sr. Automation Test Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES • Coordinate the design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software. • Liaise with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. • Activities include evaluating, scheduling and resourcing development projects, investigating user needs, writing, testing and maintaining computer programs, and preparing systems • Deals with escalated customer complaints and develops suggestions for improvements and enhancements. • May articipate in the development of software user manuals.
