Your role at Baxter We’re looking for someone willing to learn and excited to gain work experience in accounting, process improvement and business practices review. This role requires detailed oriented mindset, eagerness to develop critical thinking skills and ability to create workflow documentation. What you do Support standardization initiatives and processes. Update process documentation. Assist with month-end closing activities by processing journal entries. Prepare reconciliations and financial/accounting reports. What you will bring Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field (minimum 70–85% of coursework completed, depending on university requirements). Availability to work according to the company’s telecommuting policy. English level B2 or higher. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong willingness to learn and develop professional skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively. Proactive attitude and openness to feedback. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
