This posting is for an existing and currently open position. General Description The Artwork Packaging Specialist manages the flow of artwork from our customers, through suppliers and site implementation. The role serves as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and packaging suppliers to ensure artwork and packaging changes are implemented accurately, compliantly, and on time. The position supports new product introductions, packaging changes, and lifecycle management activities while maintaining compliance with GMP requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate pharmaceutical packaging artwork changes from initiation through approval and implementation. Act as a primary contact between customers, internal stakeholders, and packaging suppliers for artwork-related activities. Assess new packaging requests and coordinate artwork creation through customer-approved systems and processes. Initiate and coordinate site change control activities associated with customer requirements, packaging, artwork, and operational needs. Assess artwork change requests, including impacts to affected SKUs, components, suppliers, and implementation requirements. Coordinate cross-functional reviews of artwork & packaging change requests with Pack Technologists, QA, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to support implementation planning and execution. Ensure artwork version control, document accuracy, and proper management of obsolete packaging materials. Provide data to support SAP updates associated with approved changes. Perform activities in compliance with GMP, GxP, document control, and data integrity requirements. Maintain departmental SOPs. Support departmental performance metrics, continuous improvement initiatives, and business priorities as required. Experience and Skills Required Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging, artwork management, or a related regulated environment. Sound knowledge of packaging artwork control, change management, and GMP documentation practices. Working knowledge of cGMP requirements and proven ability to manage multiple priorities while communicating effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience in a pharmaceutical CDMO environment. Experience supporting new product introductions, packaging changes, or technology transfer projects. Knowledge of SAP, Veeva, and other document or quality management systems. Continuous improvement mindset. Educati on Required High School Diploma. Preferred College Diploma. Pack Design and Development experience. Working Conditions Predominantly office environment. Flexibility between working from home and on site.
