The Senior Associate, Platform Operations is responsible for supporting sales incentive, reporting (Qlik) and CRM implementation aligned to specific therapeutic teams. Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Product Director will be a key commercial leader responsible for developing and executing marketing strategy across the Pulmonary Hypertension portfolio. The role will translate brand priorities, customer insights, and market dynamics into integrated, compliant, and insight-led plans that strengthen portfolio performance and support meaningful outcomes for patients and healthcare professionals. The Product Director will also help lead launch-readiness activities for potential Pulmonary Hypertension launches and major commercialization milestones. The successful candidate will combine strategic marketing judgment, disciplined execution, strong matrix leadership, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver measurable business impact in a complex specialty market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and plans across the Pulmonary Hypertension portfolio, aligned with brand strategy, customer needs, business objectives, and applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements. Translate market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and performance analytics into clear portfolio priorities, strategic recommendations, and actionable plans. Lead key marketing initiatives across personal and non-personal channels, including audience strategy, customer engagement, content development, media, field enablement, and performance optimization. Direct creative, media, and other external agency partners from briefing through execution, including scope, timelines, budget, quality, measurement, optimization, and issue resolution. Help lead commercial launch-readiness workstreams for potential Pulmonary Hypertension launches by supporting integrated plans, milestones, governance, decision pathways, risk and dependency management, and executive-ready updates. Partner with Compound Development Teams and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate customer, market, access, supply, and commercial considerations into launch planning and commercialization decisions. Collaborate across Sales, Medical Affairs, Strategic Customer Group, Market Access, Finance, Pricing, Business Analytics, Marketing Services, Supply Chain, Sales Operations, Legal, Regulatory Affairs, HECOR, and HCC to align strategy and deliver key commercial priorities. Define success measures, monitor performance, assess marketing effectiveness, and use insights to optimize investments, tactics, and resource allocation. Develop clear, decision-ready communications and recommendations for EPG and senior leadership, including business updates, strategic reviews, performance assessments, and launch-readiness updates. Contribute to a high-performing, collaborative EPG culture by simplifying complexity, sharing best practices, challenging the status quo, and helping the team deliver with speed, quality, and accountability. Perform other duties as assigned as the Pulmonary Hypertension and EPG portfolio and business needs evolve. QUALIFICATIONS Required A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry experience. A minimum of 2 years of inline marketing experience, with proficiency in strategy development, tactical execution, project management, and performance measurement. Experience developing and executing customer-focused marketing plans across personal, digital, media, or non-personal channels. Experience leading external agencies or vendor partners and managing multiple priorities, budgets, and complex workstreams. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and work effectively across a highly matrixed organization. Strong strategic thinking, analytical ability, business acumen, and judgment, with the ability to connect portfolio strategy to detailed execution.
