The Position The Opportunity: The Account Executive in Centralized Diagnostics is the heart and soul of the field sales team. They are the primary contact for a given customer base, and thus the face of Roche to our IHN partners. The AE wears many hats – sales professional, account manager, process problem solver, and project coordinator are just a few of the roles you will play as an AE. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever changing environment – no two days are the same as an Account Executive. This role will be responsible for a capital and consumable quota within a given geography. They will partner with a set of current customers to help deepen the hospital’s partnership with Roche, and will also be responsible for the identification and closing of new opportunities outside of their current customer base. This is a highly collaborative role – the ideal candidate loves being a part of a team and thrives when coming together with cross-function experts to help solves problems and drive revenue goals. This is a field-based role. The territory is Northern IL and Milwaukee GMA. The ideal candidate will live in Milwaukee or Chicago. Madison residents will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Job Benefits & Facts: · High Base Salary with un-capped commission · Company-provided vehicle with gas card · 401k match and annual profit sharing · 4 Weeks PTO, 3-6 Months Paid Parental Leave, Floating holidays, unlimited sick days · Overnight travel as needed, including short notice, to most effectively and efficiently cover territory while maximizing customer-facing time. Roles & Expectations: Who you are: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent Roche experience • Good oral and written communication skills including making impactful presentations • Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills • Ability to work in a regulated environment • Strategic planning and organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally in a heavily matrixed environment CO applicants are not eligible. This position does not offer relocation The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Milwaukee or Chicago is $86,700.00 - $160,900.00. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
