At Engineering & Property Services (E&PS) we take care of all J&J buildings around the world providing end-to-end services from Real Estate, Engineering & Strategic Project Delivery to Facilities Management. We are seeking a highly motivated Co-op to join our Project Delivery Business Excellence team. The Co-op is accountable for supporting Digital Engineering solutions while working with partners to define technical requirements and specifications for Digital Engineering applications and initiatives. You will be responsible: Work with BIM SME, data scientists, software engineers, and other partners to define technical requirements and specifications for Digital Engineering applications Support design, development, and implementation of data libraries, search capabilities, user interfaces, cloud solutions, etc for Digital Engineering applications Collect, transform, analyze data and create dashboards in support of Digital Engineering initiatives Utilize APIs to access and analyze data across different systems Manage Digital Engineering website (process flow, dashboards, training videos, etc) updates Assess / share latest advancements in AI, cloud computing, and automation, and apply this knowledge to enhance our product offerings Analyze technology performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement Support the development of performance management reports (e.g., Power BI dashboards) in alignment with Process Excellence team requirements Implement and maintain online environments to support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training activities. Prepare and present project progress reports and presentations as required. Organize, attend, and participate in team, stakeholder, and business partner meetings. Coordinate and maintain the upkeep of SharePoint and Microsoft team documents. Support the team with adhoc requests. Support and participate in team and Credo activities. Qualifications / Requirements: Completion of Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University is required. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data & Analytics, Industrial Engineer, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, which is reflective of all college coursework. You must not have any Summer Internship contract or other employment commitment that could interfere with the contract dates specified for this position. Experience in computer science or engineering roles with a focus on AI, Generative AI, cloud computing, and automation. Experience of software development and software engineering. Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and AI frameworks. Understanding in full stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Node.js, React, Angular, Python, Java, C#, C++, HTML/CSS, Git, CI/CD). Experience in web design and maintenance (SharePoint modern, Figma, React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS etc). Experience with database design and management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Experience in developing dashboards (PowerBi, etc). Experience in data structures (e.g., Stack, Linked Lists, Trees, Graphs). Familiarity with API development and utilization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. Analytical, curious, and eager to learn new technologies and methodologies. Preferred: Familiarity with the healthcare industry. Experience building relationships with internal and external project partners and working in team environments. Customer service experience. Holds self and team members accountable to meet project landmarks and completion of tasks.
