We look for team members that are not only strong in their own aptitudes but also who care deeply about EVERSANA, our people, clients and most importantly, the patients we serve.   We are EVERSANA.  THE POSITION: At EVERSANA, the Integrated Life Sciences Compliance team plays a pivotal role in supporting some of the world's most innovative biopharmaceutical, medical device, and life sciences organizations as they advance breakthrough therapies across rare, ultra-rare, and critical disease areas, including Oncology, Neurology, Immuno-oncology, and Immunology. This leadership position within the EVERSANA Compliance organization reports directly to the Director, Global Medical Content & Medical Review.   The role is responsible for partnering closely with the Director and cross-functional leaders across Medical Information and Medical Affairs to drive innovation, service expansion, and strategic growth initiatives that contribute to overall business success. The individual will also collaborate extensively with internal stakeholders to support Medical Affairs Excellence & Strategy initiatives, particularly in content development, MLR Coordination, and medical review engagements. Additionally, this position plays a critical leadership role in leading the MI writing team and serving as a primary client-facing partner. The individual is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, scientifically accurate, and compliant work, while strengthening client relationships and engagement. This role also focuses on optimizing internal processes, procedures, and quality standards to support efficient, rigorous, and regulatory-compliant document development and review. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams.  These results are achieved by: Client Relationship Management Ensure client success through strategic oversight of assigned accounts, including implementation, ongoing management, regular touchpoints, and business review meetings. Serve as the primary escalation point for clients and internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of operational and service-related issues. Ensure alignment of operational processes with client systems, technologies, and established workflows Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements, and reporting mechanisms to measure operational performance and client satisfaction. Direct implementation, transition, and onboarding activities for new clients and programs. Provide overall client management and project oversight, working closely with Medical Information Solution Leads, Expert Writers, and cross-functional stakeholders. Participate in governance and business review meetings to communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives Team Leadership, Talent Development & Organizational Capability Building Support the growth and expansion of India-based Medical Information and Medical Affairs capabilities as a strategic delivery center. Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of Medical Content Development Writers, MLR Coordinators, and Medical Reviewers Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Ensure adequate staffing and resource allocation to meet current and future business needs Establish training curricula, competency frameworks, training matrices, and learning programs for Medical Information and Medical Affairs teams. Provide coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and career development support to team members.
