Work Flexibility: Remote The Senior Manager, Downstream Marketing – ASC & NT is responsible for leading the execution of the enterprise marketing strategy for ASC & NT Sales within Customer Solutions. Stryker Customer Solutions is an organization designed to evolve our strategic contracting function, to provide consistency and accuracy in data and information, and to build more long-term sustainable customer relationships in the U.S. market. As a member of the Customer Solutions Marketing Team, this enterprise marketing leader drives Stryker’s ASC and NT sales offense by steering the end-to-end strategy for cross-selling and contracting across Stryker’s US portfolios. You’ll partner with upstream marketing to set the strategic vision, drive annual marketing plan execution, and lead commercialization programs that leverage the Stryker brand and differentiated value propositions to grow Stryker’s ASC and NT sales. Success requires strong executive communication, customer-facing leadership, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to influence across businesses and functions. What you will do Developing, implementing, and executing the Annual Marketing/Commercial Plans for the ASC & NT Sales organizations. Leading the ASC & NT downstream marketing team | 4 direct reports Collaborating across Customer Solutions Marketing to guide Sales Enablement and Upstream marketing leaders Partner with upstream marketing to advance our ASC portfolio and customer education platforms Collaborating, coordinating, and sharing best practices and synergies with EAM Marketing leadership Develop value proposition and sales approach for joint venture ASC ownership models in partnership with EAM marketing, Enterprise Accounts, and Strategic Sales Advance our approach with ASC Management Companies via relationships and offerings Collaborating with Marketing Communications to determine brand, advertising, and tradeshow strategies to achieve commercialization, profitability, business growth and market share objectives Partnering with Stryker BU Marketing managers to ensure mutual alignment and awareness Partnering with cross-functional leaders to create more scalable and executable processes for the ASC & NT RMs and our customers Working with EMEA colleagues to assist them with their ASC/NT/Outpatient Surgery Initiatives Working directly with ASC and NT sales leadership to address needs and drive results Fostering, developing, and maintaining a team culture based on growth, talent, development, service, and results Collaborating with KOLs, Commercial Operations, and Upstream Marketing to prioritize new, programmatic offenses within the Transformation Strategies organization Planning and budgeting for the teams’ future needs and operations Solving enterprise level problems across functions and businesses for many different types of customers. Aligning with Flex Financial Marketing and Sales Leadership to ensure consistent communication and prioritization of resources and results Partnering with ASC Customer Education Manager to determine optimal site visit, peer-to-peer, and showroom strategies What you need: Required Bachelor’s degree 10+ years of work experience Experience in sales and or marketing in Medical Devices Preferred MBA preferred People management experience preferred Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines Ability to be persuasive in the absence of organizational authority Must be able to understand and work within complex interdivisional procedures and policies Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Copilot & PowerPoint) United States of America Pay Ranges: USN : $135,600 - $225,900 USD Annual US5 : $142,400 - $237,200 USD Annual US10 : $149,200 - $248,500 USD Annual US15 : $155,900 - $259,800 USD Annual US20 : $162,700 - $271,100 USD Annual US30 : $176,300 - $293,700 USD Annual View the U.S. work location and transparency guide to find the pay range for your location.
