DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Segmentation, Targeting & Call Model 2) Territory Design & Sizing 3) Performance Management & Field KPIs 4) Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) (with HR/Finance) 5) Tools & Ways of Working 6) Continuous Improvement Who you are ? Strong analytical, systems-thinking, and operational pragmatism. Ability to influence field leadership; excellent communication and change leadership. Education/Experience: Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years SFE / Sales Ops / Commercial Excellence in CHC/FMCG/Pharma. Languages: Portuguese and English required Computer skills: Excel/PowerPoint advanced; CRM and BI familiarity.
