Job description

Fortrea is looking for a CRA I to join our multisponsor team in Central Poland , with a preference for candidates based in or near Warsaw . This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to a variety of clinical studies while growing your monitoring career within a global CRO. What you'll do Perform on-site and remote monitoring visits in line with study protocols, ICH-GCP, and regulatory requirements. Support sites from study start-up through close-out. Review source data and ensure data quality and patient safety. Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff. Track study progress and prepare monitoring reports. Support audit and inspection readiness. What we're looking for Life science degree, nursing qualification, or equivalent scientific background. At least 6 months to 1 year of independent site monitoring experience as a CRA. Experience in interventional clinical trials. Good understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Polish and English . Willingness to travel within Poland. Why Fortrea? Join a supportive and collaborative team.
