We’re looking for a full-time Sample Management Coordinator in Lenexa, Kansas. The role: The Sample Management Coordinator coordinates the shipment of diagnostic samples according to client requirements. This role ensures sample integrity at all times by following established procedures and verifying that all shipments are properly documented. What You'll Be Doing: Prepare sample shipments according to shipment schedules, including all required documentation Perform quality checks to ensure correct samples are included and documentation accompanies each shipment Ship samples to other ICL locations or referral laboratories in accordance with protocol requirements Receive samples into the database and store them according to protocol specifications Maintain accurate sample and shipment documentation in appropriate files Coordinate courier collections with Logistics to ensure shipments are dispatched on schedule What you need: High school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience; a diploma or coursework in life sciences, administration, or a computer-related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may also be considered.
