Make an Impact as a Director, EPMO Resource Optimization at Worldwide As Director, EPMO Resource Optimization, you will play a critical role in shaping how the organization optimizes its global workforce to improve productivity, delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within the Enterprise Program Management Office, focused on enabling sustainable growth while enhancing service quality. You'll lead the strategy, frameworks, and enterprise-wide initiatives that help the business maximize resource utilization and workforce effectiveness. By combining data-driven insights, financial rigor, and cross-functional collaboration, you'll drive measurable improvements across operations and delivery teams. Working closely with leaders across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other business functions, you'll champion transformation initiatives, accelerate execution, and help embed scalable optimization practices across the organization. Where You'll Work This is a Remote role open to candidates based in the United States. You will collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, with travel not specified. What You'll Do Develop and implement an enterprise-wide resource optimization strategy and playbook focused on labor efficiency, productivity improvement, and global delivery optimization. Establish scalable methodologies, frameworks, and best practices that improve workforce effectiveness and operational performance across the organization. Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities to optimize capacity, improve resource alignment, and enhance delivery outcomes. Leverage data, automation, technology, and AI-enabled solutions to advance resource optimization initiatives and drive business value. Build and manage financial models that size opportunities, establish targets, and measure productivity gains, cost avoidance, and realized value. Partner with Finance and Human Resources to validate assumptions, track benefits realization, and quantify business impact. Drive the development of dashboards and reporting tools that provide visibility into initiative progress, key metrics, and outcomes. Lead cross-functional execution by aligning stakeholders, removing barriers, accelerating implementation, and driving accountability for results. Facilitate enterprise-wide communication and coordination to ensure the successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in resource optimization, business transformation, management consulting, or a related discipline, including at least 5 years advising large, complex organizations on workforce strategy or organizational transformation. Demonstrated success designing and leading structured labor optimization programs that deliver measurable business outcomes. Deep expertise in financial modeling related to labor efficiency, productivity improvement, cost savings, cost avoidance, and value realization. Strong knowledge of workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, operational excellence, and global delivery models. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders across Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, and other business functions. Experience applying change management principles within complex organizations and driving alignment from frontline teams through executive leadership. Proficiency in English; strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills. Familiarity with AI and automation technologies and their application to workforce optimization is highly desirable. The salary range for this position is annually (For hourly paid positions, the stated salary range reflects hourly rates): United States of America - $141,500.00 - $281,500.00 The salary range provided is intended to give candidates an understanding of potential earnings. Compensation will fall within the provided range, and it not a guarantee of exact salary. The final salary will be determined based on relevant experience, performance, education, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, we offer a competitive benefits package depending on location. We ensure pay equity and transparency and comply with all applicable labor laws.
