Job Description: V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) is a program run by Business France, the French government agency. It allows young professionals from the European Economic Area to work for a French company outside of France for a limited period. Participants are not Ipsen employees but have a special V.I.E status. ​ To take part in the program, there are specific eligibility criteria that must be met and will be verified by Business France. Those who do not meet the eligibility criteria cannot be part of this program but can apply to other opportunities within Ipsen. ​ *********************** 🎯 Purpose of the position Lead digital projects across Belgium and the Netherlands, from scoping to launch and adoption. Translate business needs into practical solutions, ensure compliance, and lead the BeNeLux artificial intelligence roadmap, training and best-practice sharing. 💼 Main responsibilities Manage and prioritise the BeNeLux digital project portfolio Oversee digital platforms, channels and performance Lead the artificial intelligence roadmap, use cases, training and best-practice sharing Ensure quality, privacy, security, legal and regulatory compliance Coordinate with business teams, technology partners, users and suppliers 🎓 Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field Relevant experience in digital project management or transformation Experience coordinating stakeholders, suppliers and deadlines Knowledge of digital platforms, analytics or artificial intelligence; regulated-sector experience is an advantage Fluent English 🧩 Key Required Competencies Project management and prioritisation Stakeholder management and clear communication Analytical, user-centred and pragmatic problem-solving Curiosity for digital innovation and artificial intelligence Change leadership, training and collaboration across countries ℹ️ Other Useful Informatio n Internal key contacts: Head of Benelux Strategic Business Excellence, Business Unit Manager, Omni Channel Engagement lead, Sales Manager, Brand Managers, Finance colleagues.
