Managing the recruitment & on boarding process Responsible for Background Verification process through 3rd Party agencies. Drive employee engagement Initiatives for the Business. Drive the Performance Management & Talent Development agenda for the business.  Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a balance in representing all parties- interests Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling Preparing HR analytics related to recruitment, attrition & HR dashboard Managing the payroll inputs for respective business lines.
