Job Description Role Summary The Business Technology Partner (BTP) – Senior Specialist is a hands-on individual contributor focused on deploying, supporting and scaling DHH digital capabilities in-market. The role executes local readiness activities, supports training and adoption, and provides hyper-care triage and day-to-day coordination with end users and support teams. The BTP operates within the market activation plan under the market roadmap and governance set by the Market Engagement Lead. This role supports activation execution through local enablement and operational follow-through. Primary Responsibilities Local demand coordination: capture and clarify user needs; document user stories and feed into established intake/governance mechanisms. Execute local activation tasks: support deployments by coordinating local activities (readiness checklists, stakeholder touchpoints, data preparation) in line with the activation plan. Business readiness & training: organize and deliver user training, demos and materials; support onboarding and sustained usage behaviors. Hypercare and issue triage: provide first-line support during rollout/hyper care; manage issue logs; liaise with IT run/support and product teams to resolve problems. Adoption monitoring: track basic adoption/usage signals and user feedback; escalate risks, adoption barriers and unmet needs Risk & compliance follow-through: ensure local training, access and documentation steps are completed; maintain evidence of local approvals/training where required. Continuous improvement: act as ‘eyes and ears’ in-market; collect pain points and best practices; contribute to reusable playbooks and FAQs. Act as the Designated Point of Contact towards local authorities, while connecting to (and mobilizing) the relevant regional and global teams Measures of Success High-quality readiness and training execution leading to smooth go-lives. Fast, effective hyper-care triage and resolution pathways. Sustained utilization of deployed capabilities and clear feedback loops to product teams. Complete and accurate local compliance documentation/tasks for deployments. Qualifications & Experience Typically 5+ years’ experience in technology-related roles (business analyst, implementation specialist, digital project coordination) in a regulated environment. Familiarity with commercial digital platforms (CRM, content tools, BI dashboards) and AI; ability to learn configuration/admin basics. Strong organizational skills to manage training schedules, issue logs and deployment tasks; basic agile familiarity is beneficial. Strong communication skills; confidence training/supporting end users and translating between business needs and technical updates.
