This Marketing Manager will report to the Senior Marketing Manager, Knee Reconstruction Marketing, and serve as a critical execution leader responsible for independently owning and delivering key marketing workstreams across the DePuy Synthes primary knee implant portfolio. This individual will manage projects end-to-end, develop marketing programs with increasing strategic input, and may provide day-to-day guidance to associate-level team members. This role sits at the inflection point between executional support and strategic ownership. The Marketing Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of independence -- taking a brief or strategic direction from senior leadership and translating it into fully developed plans, programs, and deliverables without heavy oversight. The role requires someone who can think critically about the "why" behind the work, not just the "what," and who is beginning to develop a point of view on commercial strategy informed by data, competitive dynamics, and surgeon insights. In partnership with Sales, Upstream Marketing, Medical Affairs, Global Education, R&D, and Sales Operations, this individual will lead the execution of clinical messaging programs, campaign development, launch workstreams, surgeon education initiatives, and competitive response tactics that drive market share growth and deepen surgeon engagement with the ATTUNE platform. Key Responsibilities Clinical Messaging & Program Development Own the development of clinical marketing materials for the ATTUNE Knee System, including surgeon-facing collateral, evidence summaries, technique differentiation content, and value messaging aligned to the Solutions in Motion philosophy and Kinematic Restoration approach. Lead the translation of clinical data, biomechanical evidence, and surgical technique differentiators into compelling, segment-specific messaging -- moving beyond content creation to strategic narrative development. Manage the end-to-end content development process including agency briefing, creative direction, stakeholder input, and regulatory/legal/medical affairs review cycles. Identify messaging gaps and proactively recommend new content or program concepts based on field feedback, competitive shifts, and market trends. Campaign Ownership & Field Enablement Own the planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive surgeon awareness, trial, adoption, and advocacy for the ATTUNE platform across priority segments. Develop and refine field enablement tools including selling guides, competitive battle cards, objection handlers, account targeting resources, and customer engagement playbooks. Partner with Marketing Services and Sales to ensure campaigns and tools are relevant, actionable, and aligned to regional priorities and account-level opportunities. Track campaign performance against defined KPIs, analyze results, and iterate on tactics to improve effectiveness over time. Launch Execution & Readiness Lead assigned workstreams within go-to-market launches for new implant configurations, instrument updates, technique evolutions, and platform enhancements. Develop launch deliverables including field training materials, sales communications, customer-facing content, and post-launch tracking frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional inputs and dependencies across Sales, Global Education, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to ensure on-time readiness. Own launch milestone tracking for assigned workstreams and escalate risks with recommended solutions. Surgeon Education & Engagement Lead the planning and execution of assigned surgeon education programs, including cadaver labs, product demonstrations, peer-to-peer events, and fellowship engagement initiatives. Develop educational content that articulates the clinical rationale behind Kinematic Restoration and the biomechanical advantages of the ATTUNE platform for target surgeon audiences. Support key opinion leader (KOL) engagements and surgeon advisory boards, including agenda development, discussion facilitation support, and insight capture and synthesis. Manage assigned society meeting deliverables, including booth content, presentation materials, and on-site engagement tactics. Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis Conduct in-depth competitive analysis on primary knee implant competitors, including product positioning, clinical evidence claims, messaging strategies, and market share dynamics. Develop competitive response recommendations and proactively identify opportunities
