We are currently seeking a driven Associate Territory Manager – Foot & Ankle to join our team in Melbourne, VIC . This is an ideal opportunity for junior sales professionals, healthcare practitioners, or allied health professionals looking to transition into the medical device industry, with hands-on exposure to orthopaedic surgery, operating theatres, and innovative technologies that help patients regain mobility and quality of life. Key responsibilities Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Foot & Ankle portfolio Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nursing staff, and hospital stakeholders Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and theatre teams during procedures Deliver product demonstrations, education, and training to customers Support inventory management and ensure product availability for surgical cases Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationships Travel across Melbourne and surrounding territories as required Skills and experience Required Minimum 1-2 years of sales or allied health experience and a strong interest in medical device sales Strong commercial acumen and the ability to achieve targets Proven ability to build relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability A willingness to learn clinical concepts and operate confidently within a healthcare environment Preferred Knowledge of anatomy, orthopaedics, biomechanics, or surgical environments Experience working with clinicians, healthcare professionals, or hospital customers What we offer Recognised as one of the World's Best Places to Work Comprehensive benefits to support your physical and financial wellbeing Structured training and development programs Clear career pathways within a global MedTech leader Paid parental leave and volunteer leave Supportive, high-performing team culture Leadership committed to your development and long-term success To join us, click 'Apply' now.
