Audit Management, QMS Handling Deviation, Change Control, Investigations. To prepare/Review the Annual Product Review (APR) as per the schedule planner. Issuance & handling of logbooks for all quality management systems. Management of all master documents in manual and electronic format of all the departments. Support in internal and external audits of the facility, including compliance. Handling of QMS activities and support in investigation, like incident, deviation, change control, etc. Management of temperature monitoring data loggers in the control sample and document room. Destruction of Control Sample, Batch Records, Logbooks, and other GMP Records as per Schedule. Management of Control Sample and Document Room.
