DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a LATAM and Canada HEMA Lead located in Sao Paolo Brazil OR Bogota Colombia OR Las Condes Chile OR Mexico City Mexico. Position Summary We are seeking a LATAM and Canada HEMA Leader to define and lead Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) across LATAM and Canada for DePuy Synthes. This role is accountable for shaping and executing regional market access, reimbursement, and value strategies to enable timely and sustainable patient access to DePuy Synthes’ technologies across diverse public and private healthcare systems . . Key Responsibilities Serve as the HEMA Leader for LATAM and Canada, providing strategic direction and regional leadership across DePuy Synthes specialties and platforms. Be directly responsible for a priority and strategic business unit, defined according to LATAM and Canada needs, ensuring HEMA strategy and execution align with business priorities and performance objectives . Lead market access and reimbursement strategies for LATAM and Canad , aligned with International and Global HEMA priorities. Work with Global and Regional Clinical & Medical Affairs teams to support evidence planning, localization, and translation into regionally relevant value messages. Drive strong collaboration across country, cluster, regional, and global HEMA teams, ensuring aligned ways of working and effective deployment of tools and assets. Identify and execute cross-regional initiatives that can be efficiently delivered at regional level to maximize impact, scalability, and consistency. Provide ongoing HEMA leadership and support to priority markets to address access barriers and accelerate technology adoption. Lead, develop, and retain HEMA talent across LATAM and Canada, supporting capability building, engagement, and succession planning. Ensure effective dissemination and utilization of health economic tools, value propositions, and evidence assets across the region. Monitor progress against regional HEMA objectives , aligning activities with business priorities, milestones, and commitments. Enable commercial teams to maximize the impact of value propositions and support differentiated, sustainable growth. Key Milestones & Progress Toward Goals Define and deliver regional economic value propositions and market access and reimbursement strategies across the product lifecycle. Deliver HEMA milestones across development, launch, and post-launch phases, supporting pricing, funding, and access optimization. Secure optimal and sustainable market access for priority technologies across LATAM and Canada. Key Activities Act as the regional HEMA reference point for LATAM and Canada on priority access and reimbursement topics. Oversee funding, reimbursement, and access initiatives addressing unmet medical needs through evidence-based value differentiation. Provide leadership input for HTA, pricing, and access opportunities, supporting navigation of regional and local processes. Collaborate with commercial and functional partners to identify priority initiatives and accounts where HEMA can drive measurable busines
