ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Lead TA routine RSM/DSM business review, Support regional RSD/RSM sales operation, RAP/QBR etc. Lead BULT, weekly business progress and forecast tracking Monitor BU’s key KPIs and lead BU project if needs Hold BU sales/marketing workshop like people focused workshop to engagement teams, improve RSMs competency, RMM/MKT sponsorship project management support Act as expert to identify improvement opportunity to ensure high standard performance with continuous improvement and value creation for business performance REQUIREMENTS University degree required (Business). Experience: More than 8 years working experience in project management, strategy development and implementation, optimization process. Well educated with insights of business and dynamics between function. Experience in driving transformation and making business stronger. Skills: Able to perform under pressure with logical thinking and good judgement. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
