Job Description Associate Director of Finance, Corporate Functions OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Deliver exceptional service as Finance Business Partner to the Global HR organization. Directly Responsible for supporting ~8 directly with TET -1(TLT) and TET-2 stakeholders in Global HR This is a strategic finance partner role, Global HR is a greatly expanded 800 FTE organization following Enterprise Transformation with much change remaining to be navigated. Role will include some TET exposure. Key position to deliver priorities, monthly end finance responsibilities & influence MRP / MYC forecasting processes that can help produce superior results for the organization. Drive an accurate and timely financial close, support and track certain transformation efforts across the GHR organization. Responsible for driving consistency across the function in reporting, communication & understanding. ACCOUNTABILITIES Primary Point of Finance Support for TET-1 and TET-2 leadership within the HR organization Perform Financial modeling on organization scenario’s, insourcing proposals, technology investments and other Transformation related activities to be performed by supported HR functions. Responsible for delivery of monthly reporting package for Global HR and drafting of commentary Perform all Monthly and Quarterly financial close tasks, including but not limited to, booking of accruals, validation of actuals, booking of necessary Journal entries, and leadership results meetings. Coordinate with budget owners to understand key drivers of spend trends to determine changes to the forecast in MYC, prepare MRP, and support dynamic forecasting initatives. Analyzing financial results for accuracy, determining variance drivers and writing insightful commentary EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: System Capabilities: Excel Expert, Competent in SAP BI, Hyperion Planning Minimum of 7 Years Corporate Finance Experience Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting Required Locations Lodz, Poland Base Salary Range: zł272,200.00 - zł374,330.00 For information about our benefits, please click here .
