A Day in the Life The Talent Acquisition function partners with manufacturing and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire talent that supports operational performance and long-term workforce planning. This role is focused on full-cycle recruiting for a manufacturing environment, supporting both direct labor and salaried hiring needs while partnering closely with hiring managers and Human Resources stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and effective hiring outcomes. This position is based in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico and follows an onsite work arrangement. Travel requirements are minimal and primarily limited to local recruiting, hiring, or business activities as needed. Job Description field The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities for manufacturing operations, supporting the hiring of both direct labor and salaried employees. The role partners with hiring managers and Human Resources teams to develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, manage recruitment processes, and ensure an efficient and compliant hiring experience. Primary Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct labor and salaried positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using established assessment and selection processes. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring manufacturing positions. Coordinate and facilitate hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and community outreach activities to support staffing requirements. Ensure accurate and timely management of candidate information, requisition activity, and recruitment metrics within applicant tracking systems. Deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience through consistent communication and process management. Maintain compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, and recruitment procedures throughout the hiring process. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, or human resources recruiting support. Minimum 2+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing environments, including direct labor and salaried positions. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and business stakeholders. Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies to manage hiring processes and candidate pipelines. Experience partnering with hiring managers to support staffing plans and recruitment initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting recruitment within medical device, life sciences, regulated manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries. Experience in high-volume recruiting and workforce planning for manufacturing operations. Knowledge of Mexican labor market trends and sourcing strategies within the Ciudad Juárez region. Experience developing talent pipelines through community partnerships, job fairs, and recruitment marketing activities. Experience analyzing recruiting metrics and using data to improve recruitment effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
