Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic Brain Modulation and Pain Interventions The Senior Sales Administrator supports day-to-day commercial processes, reporting, and coordination across Sales and internal business partners. This role helps ensure smooth execution of commercial activities by maintaining accurate data, supporting operational workflows, and assisting with issue resolution and process improvement. Primary responsibilities: Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Support daily commercial operations activities and business processes. Assist with reporting, tracking, and analysis of commercial performance. Maintain accurate data across commercial systems and reports. Work with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams to resolve issues and support business needs. Help manage order-related, pricing, contract, and customer service processes as needed. Support process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and leadership updates. Monitor commercial activities and escalate issues when needed. Support cross-functional projects and system updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal procedures Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a matrixed organization. Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or reporting systems. Experience in medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or another regulated industry. Exposure to pricing, order management, contracts, or customer support processes. For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
