Purpose of the Position As Logistic & Distribution Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and continuously improving our logistics and distribution operations in Romania. You will oversee demand planning, inventory management, third-party logistics partnerships, customer support activities, and supply chain performance while leading a small team and collaborating closely with commercial, finance, regulatory, and supply chain colleagues. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership and the opportunity to influence how we serve one of the most important markets within our region. While the role focuses on Romania, you will be part of an international network of logistics and supply chain professionals across Central and Eastern Europe. Main Responsibilities Lead and develop a small logistics team while fostering an inclusive, collaborative work environment. Drive demand planning, forecasting, inventory management, and product availability across the Romanian market. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain. Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers, warehouses, and distribution partners. Monitor inventory risks, stock levels, expiry management, and inventory value to support informed business decisions. Analyze logistics and supply chain data, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions that increase efficiency and service levels. Support customer operations, commercial programs, and distribution activities while ensuring exceptional service and communication. Ensure all activities comply with our policies, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and our commitment to ethical business practices. Your Profile Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems; SAP experience is a strong advantage. Strong analytical capabilities and confidence working with data and Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a dynamic environment. Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, chemical, medical device, or other regulated industries is welcome.
