Work Flexibility: Hybrid Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Supervisor to drive sales growth and expand market presence for Stryker's Instruments portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies, developing strong relationships with customers and business partners, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sustainable revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, provide market insights, and ensure exceptional customer service while contributing to the achievement of business objectives. What You Will Do Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goals Support the Sales Manager in formulating sales plans and activities in accordance with local strategies, and identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth Maintain a close network of collaborative relationships with business partners (dealers) and customers Prepare regular sales performance analyses and forecasts, and identify critical business issues Explore new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base Prepare monthly reports on market trends, customer buying behaviors, and competitor activities Compile customer feedback to improve service quality and support business portfolio expansion What You Need Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field 3 to 5 years of sales or sales and marketing experience in the medical device or healthcare industry Relevant experience or direct exposure to Instruments, Neurosurgical products, or Capital Equipment within the medical device industry is highly preferred Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills Results-driven and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to learn and apply new knowledge independently Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills Strong business acumen Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships, both internally and externally Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment Ability to collaborate across different functional groups to achieve common objectives Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting surgical procedures or working closely with surgeons and operating theatre staff Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts Experience in medical technology, healthcare, or related industries Travel Percentage: None
