Position Summary You will lead management accounting for manufacturing and supply chain across our India operations. You will partner with site finance, supply chain finance and global teams to ensure accurate product costing, month-end close and clear management reporting. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Lead product costing for assigned manufacturing groups, ensuring accurate unit costs and timely cost roll-ups. - Own month-end production accounting, reconciliations and preparation of clear management reports. - Act as the primary finance contact for manufacturing sites, site finance partners and supply chain finance on costing and accounting matters. - Drive data quality and process improvements across costing datasets and systems. - Support financial controls, compliance and audit requirements related to manufacturing and supply chain activities. - Provide analysis and decision support for pricing, inventory valuation and margin improvement initiatives. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or equivalent. - Professional accounting qualification (for example ACCA, CIMA, ACA, CPA) or actively working toward one. - Minimum 5 years of experience in product costing, production accounting or manufacturing finance. - Practical experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and production costing modules or equivalent. - Strong Excel skills and experience preparing clear management reports. - Proven ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: - Experience with supply chain finance and working directly with manufacturing sites in a global company. - Hands-on experience with SAP manufacturing ERP costing tools or specialized costing applications. - Experience driving process automation, data quality initiatives or reporting improvements. - Experience with financial controls and compliance in a manufacturing environment. - Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills focused on delivering outcomes. - Comfortable with a hybrid working model and flexible to collaborate across time zones when needed. Work Arrangement This role is based in India and follows a hybrid working model. You will be expected to be on-site regularly to partner with finance and manufacturing teams.
