JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Description Assistant to Commercial Managing Director Admin support to Commercial Managing Director on daily work, Including meeting arrangement, travel plan etcetera. To be a coordinator to the Commercial department, Work with other department assistant for company activities, Such as internal meeting and team building. Check and control team expenses, ensure the whole admin vendor to bill on time and double check the payment details with aligned procedure. Document filing and other issues assigned by department Administration Admin management. Supervise all venders. Control stationery and express consumption especially private expense. Leverage Admin cost and purchasing strategy. Office supply and apply for all the administration payment charge and ensure all admin vendors to bill on time and double check the payment details with aligned. Receptionist Answer the phone, receive all visitors and interviewees and follow the outside guest registration process with manners and professionally. Register the express mails with detailed information carefully and deliver to end user. Submit the reservations of the conference rooms and help to coordinate the requests Requirements Position experience: 2-5 years’ working experience as department assistant.
