Job Description About the Role At Takeda, we are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences across the globe. As a Global Total Rewards Specialist, Mobility, you will play a key role in delivering world-class mobility programs that support employees through international assignments, relocations, and other mobility initiatives. You will partner with colleagues across HR, Finance, Payroll, Technology, and external service providers to ensure seamless delivery of mobility programs while driving operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement. How You Will Contribute Manage day-to-day global mobility operations and employee relocation activities. Coordinate payroll, compensation, tax, and compliance processes for mobile employees. Partner with external vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Support executive and complex relocation cases. Maintain data accuracy, process controls, and operational governance. Produce reporting and insights to support business decisions. Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and digital solutions. Contribute to ongoing enhancements of mobility programs and employee experiences. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Business, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Global Mobility, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Payroll, or related areas. Knowledge of international assignment administration, payroll, and compliance processes. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience working with global stakeholders and third-party providers. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and HR technology platforms.
