Your new position As Finance Business Partner, you will be the trusted financial advisor to our Global Project Leads across the Development portfolio. You will focus on forward-looking analysis, scenario planning and business cases, rather than month-end controlling or technical accounting, proactively challenging assumptions and connecting financial insights into operational decisions. You will also be responsible for wider Finance Projects that span across our Zealand organization. This role offers extensive cross-functional exposure and visibility across the organization. We offer exciting responsibilities: Operate as a business partner to project teams, including project leaders and individual project team members, across a portfolio of development projects Drive development of business cases for relevant development projects, for example for governance body endorsements, toll gate passes, and portfolio value updates Take on a Finance lead role in selected strategic finance projects Manage the planning process (budget, outlook) for relevant development projects Manage reporting, follow-up analyses, and action planning to close performance gaps, including scenario building and business steering Act as a healthy challenger to project teams and departments, asking “why”, “how” and “so what?”, capable of smooth internal negotiations and being a trusted sounding board Your profile You have a strategic mindset and are comfortable challenging senior stakeholders constructively, and confident acting as a trusted sounding board across the organization. You bring a proactive, forward-looking mindset, thrive on cross-functional collaboration and visibility, and have a genuine "can do" attitude in line with our One Team value. As a person you are structured in your problem solving and are curious by nature. Experience from a likewise position or financial analysis position Pharma or biotech industry experience is preferred Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Fluent in English, written and spoken Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field Your new team You will join the FP&A and Finance Business Partnering team, reporting to the Head of FP&A and Finance Business Partnering, as part of Finance & Accounting — where we see ourselves as business partners to the whole organization.
