Job Description Intitulé du poste : Infrastructure & Building Engineer Mission principale Piloter les activités de construction, de rénovation, d’amélioration et d’aménagement des bâtiments du site pharmaceutique de Takeda Neuchâtel, depuis la conception jusqu’à la réception des travaux, en garantissant le respect des exigences GMP, EHS, coûts, délais et performance technique. Responsabilités principales · Piloter les projets de construction, de rénovation et d’aménagement des bâtiments du site : Définir les besoins techniques avec les parties prenantes : Production, Qualité, EHS, Maintenance et utilisateurs. Participer à l’élaboration du cahier des charges, estimations budgétaires, plannings et stratégies de réalisation. Participer aux études de conception, appels d’offres et consultations fournisseurs. Superviser les entreprises générales, bureaux d’études, architectes et sous-traitants. Assurer la coordination des travaux sur site et le suivi quotidien de l’avancement. Être responsable du Facility Master Plan Garantir la conformité des travaux aux plans approuvés, aux normes applicables et aux exigences GMP. Gérer les risques liés à la coactivité, aux travaux en environnement industriel et à la continuité des opérations. Contrôler les coûts, les délais, la qualité d’exécution et les modifications de périmètre. Organiser les réunions de chantier et assurer le reporting projet. Gérer les non-conformités, réserves, changements et actions correctives. Constituer et vérifier la documentation de fin de travaux : plans « as built », dossiers techniques, certificats et rapports. · Préparer et participer aux audits, inspections et contrôles réglementaires · Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des standards de construction, sécurité et maintenance des infrastructures et bâtiments du site. · Garantir la conformité avec l’AEAI des systèmes de sécurité du site Périmètre technique · Zones de production, laboratoires, magasins et espaces logistiques. · Salles propres et zones à atmosphère contrôlée. · Cloisons, plafonds, portes, sols techniques et finitions pharmaceutiques. · Toitures, façades, enveloppe du bâtiment et structures. · Réseaux techniques intégrés au bâtiment. · Aménagements extérieurs, voiries et infrastructures du site. · Systèmes de protection incendie et accessibilité. Profil recherché · Diplôme d’ingénieur ou Master en construction, génie civil, architecture, génie industriel ou domaine équivalent. · Expérience de 5 ans ou plus en gestion de projets de construction, idéalement dans l’industrie pharmaceutique, biotechnologique, chimique ou agroalimentaire. · Expérience confirmée en coordination de chantier et gestion de fournisseurs. · Connaissance des environnements GMP et des exigences de qualification/validation. · Maîtrise des réglementations EHS applicables aux chantiers. · Connaissance appronfondu en sécurité incendie (Spécialiste AEAI) · Expérience en planification, suivi budgétaire et gestion des risques. · Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de planification. · Bon niveau d’anglais professionnel. Job Title : Infrastructure & Building Engineer Main Mission Lead the construction, renovation, improvement, and fit-out activities for the buildings at Takeda’s Neuchâtel pharmaceutical site, from the design phase through project handover, while ensuring compliance with GMP, EHS, cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead construction, renovation, and fit-out projects for the site’s buildings: Define technical requirements with stakeholders from Production, Quality, EHS, Maintenance, and end users. Contribute to the preparation of specifications, budget estimates, schedules, and execution strategies. Participate in design studies, tender processes, and supplier consultations. Supervise general contractors, engineering firms, architects, and subcontractors. Coordinate work on site and monitor daily progress. Lead Facility Master Plan on site Ensure that work complies with approved plans, applicable standards, and GMP requirements. Manage risks related to simultaneous activities, work in an industrial environment, and business continuity. Monitor costs, schedules, execution quality, and scope changes. Organize site meetings and provide project reporting. Manage non-conformities, punch-list items, changes, and corrective actions. Compile and review project closeout documentation, including as-built drawings, technical files, certificates, and reports. Prepare for and participate in audits, inspections, and regulatory checks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction, safety, and maintenance standards for the site’s infrastructure and buildings. Ensure compliance of the site’s safety systems with AEAI requirements. Technical Scope Production areas, laboratories, warehouses, and logistics areas. Cleanrooms and controlled-atmosphere areas. Partitions, ceilings, doors, technical flooring, and pharmaceutical finishes. Roofs, building envelopes, and structures. Technical building services and integrated systems. External works, roads, and site infrastructure. Fire protection systems and accessibility features. Required Profile Degree in engineering or a Master’s degree in construction, civil engineering, industrial engineering, or an equivalent field. Five or more years of experience in construction project management, ideally within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical, or food industries. Proven experience in site coordination and supplier management. Knowledge of GMP environments and qualification/validation requirements. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations applicable to construction sites. Advanced knowledge of fire safety, with AEAI Specialist certification. Experience in planning, budget monitoring, and risk management. Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools. Good level of professional English.
