A Day in the Life Coronary Vascular is focused on advancing therapies that support the treatment of coronary artery disease, hypertension, and related cardiovascular conditions. The team partners closely with interventional cardiologists, catheterisation laboratory teams, and healthcare institutions to expand access to coronary vascular technologies and drive clinical adoption across diverse care settings. This position supports the Delhi NCR, Muradabad, and Muzaffarnagar territory and is based in Gurugram. The role operates in a remote field-based sales model with regular customer visits across the assigned geography. Approximately 30% travel is required to support customer engagement, clinical case coverage, training activities, distributor management, and business development initiatives. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving territory growth, expanding customer adoption of Coronary Vascular products, and supporting clinicians in the effective use of cardiovascular technologies. This role requires a combination of commercial acumen, clinical knowledge, and account management capabilities to achieve business objectives while strengthening customer relationships across the assigned territory. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Drive sales performance across the assigned territory by executing territory plans and achieving or exceeding annual operating plan targets. Develop new business opportunities and increase market penetration through strategic engagement with hospitals, catheterisation laboratories, physicians, and healthcare stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, interventional cardiologists, and clinical teams to support product adoption and long-term account growth. Provide procedural support and clinical expertise during coronary interventions and other relevant cardiovascular procedures. Partner with distributors and channel partners to maintain product availability, optimise secondary sales, and support commercial growth initiatives. Analyse market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and support business planning. Deliver product education, post-sales training, and customer support programmes to enhance clinical confidence and adoption. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and business reports to support territory management and operational effectiveness. Required Knowledge and Experience: High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years experience* OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years experience* OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience* Preferred: Proven record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience managing multi-level stakeholder relationships across hospitals, healthcare systems, and clinical departments. Clinical experience within an interventional suite, hospital environment, emergency medical services, or procedural care setting. Experience delivering clinician training, product education, or post-sales support programmes. Knowledge of coronary vascular technologies and cardiovascular disease treatment pathways.
