On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Program, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring. Smart Manufacturing : Get involved in innovative projects that leverage AI, data and technology to transform our manufacturing processes. Problem Solving : Lead impactful continuous improvement projects while developing your expertise in lean methodologies and Six Sigma skills. Drive change and innovation : Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes using tools like Standard Work, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping. Make a difference : Leading projects to improve lead times and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring our supply chain operates at peak performance. Collaboration : Work with experts to prioritize and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in coaching and project management.
