Join our EMEA Compensation team and gain hands-on experience in compensation analytics, reporting, pay transparency, compliance, salary surveys, and job evaluations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset , advanced Excel skills , and a desire to build a career in Compensation and Rewards. This is a fully remote role within Poland , with optional access to our Warsaw office for those who prefer a hybrid environment. What You'll Do Support compensation reporting and analytics across EMEA Assist with pay transparency and compliance initiatives Participate in salary surveys and market pricing activities Support job evaluations and compensation review cycles Help maintain accurate compensation data and reporting What We're Looking For Strong Excel and data analysis skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Ability to learn new systems quickly Interest in Compensation, Rewards, HR Analytics, or People Data 1-3 years of relevant Compensation or HR experience What We Offer A clear development path Exposure to global compensation projects and EMEA initiatives Opportunities to learn from experienced Compensation professionals Flexible remote working across Poland A collaborative, international environment where you can grow your career Learn more about our EEO & Accommodations request here .
