Contract type: Fixed-term contract, 12 months (maternity leave cover) What you will do As Key Account Manager for R&I Rheumatology, you will build and sustain strong relationships with key customers across your territory, drive clinical engagement, and deliver on business goals in a compliant and ethical manner. Develop and execute a customer development plan that identifies key opportunities for promoted products, defines actions, and sets clear goals aligned with Line Manager guidance Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, providing accurate and up-to-date product information Develop and maintain maximum customer coverage across the territory Support the organisation of national events, local seminars, and group meetings covering therapy areas, treatment trends, and promoted products Provide timely and relevant feedback to the Line Manager on customer insights and competitor activity Key accountabilities Achieve performance goals at customer and territory level Operate in full compliance with AstraZeneca's Code of Conduct, global and local policies, standards, procedures, and working instructions, as well as Bulgarian legislation and the Ethical Code of Arpharm in Bulgaria Act in accordance with AstraZeneca Values and Behaviours and adhere to the company's Internal Rules Commit to continuous self-development of relevant skills and knowledge Contribute positively to team performance and collaboration Demonstrate proactivity and high engagement to deliver measurable impact What we are looking for University degree, preferably in Medicine or Pharmacy Solid knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry Previous experience with protocol prescription products would be an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-driven, ambitious, and motivated with a high degree of personal initiative Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision Strong customer orientation Good analytical capabilities Good command of English Proficient computer skills Valid, clean driving licence So, what is next?
