LC/MS Technical Solution Specialist

Job Description Provides advanced technical knowledge on assigned products, conduct pre- & post-sales application consulting to existing and new customers within an assigned territory. Runs demos and customers samples. Assists sales team for closing deals when strong application support is needed. Responsible for account development and providing coaching and training to customers. May support Field Marketing events, as needed. Engages throughout the sales cycle—from opportunity identification and solution development to negotiation, deal closure, onboarding, and implementation. Engagement in sales cycle: Opportunity Development, Solution Development, Negotiation & Close, Onboard & Implementation. Accountabilities: Revenue in assigned territory and close rate, Speed and accuracy of demos, Customer satisfaction. Incentive-eligible position. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent. Post-graduate, certification, and/or license may be required. Typically, at least 3+ years relevant experience. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
