The Production Intern plays a vital role in supporting the Production Operations team through administrative tasks and coordination of employee engagement activities. This role contributes to the smooth functioning of production operations and enhances team collaboration and employee experience. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing, collecting, scanning and filing all production-related documents, ensuring compliance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP) requirements. Maintain and organize filing systems for production records and documentation. Support data entry and reporting activities, ensuring accuracy and timely updates of production related information. Assist in compiling and maintaining training attendance records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting Coordinate production-related events including employee engagement activities and celebrations. Assist in coordinating LMS training arrangements for production operators, including monitoring overdue training records, scheduling sessions at LMS stations or training rooms, and ensuring timely completion of required modules Support interview arrangements such as preparing interview assessments and coordinating with candidates and interviewers. Assist in onboarding activities including orientation scheduling, LMS training, Workday goals setting and all HR related documents. Review and translate internal documents (e.g. procedure) between English and Malay. Performs other duties as required. Education and Experience: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good communication skills in both English and Malay. Preferred Skills and Competencies: Familiar in event coordination or administrative support. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving attitude. Creative thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements (if applicable): Primarily desk-based work (sitting, typing, filing). May require occasional walking within production areas.
