Manufacturing Technician

Job Description Gaining deeper understanding of technical knowledge in area of responsibility. May operate specialized machinery, equipment or tooling. Working knowledge of company policies, practices, and procedures. Receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions for new/more complex assignments. Assignments are moderately complex and require planning and decision-making. Makes recommendations for process improvements or deviations. Chooses appropriate tasks, sequence, and methods to complete work. Coordinates information and activities within team as needed. May coordinate work with third parties, vendors, or customers. May deliver training or presentations within group as needed. Qualifications DESIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE : May require some higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically 1-3 years of relevant experience for entry to this level. Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $27.90 - $43.60/hr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
