This role will be based in Santa Clara, CA . Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech The Marketing Manager will support key marketing initiatives for the MONARCH™ Platform for Urology, helping execute customer engagements, congresses, and launch-related activities that support commercialization and market development efforts. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and accelerate adoption of a category-defining robotic technology in urology. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate will play a critical role in coordinating customer visits, congresses, and strategic marketing initiatives, ensuring every interaction reflects a high standard of professionalism, attention to detail, and customer focus. Success in this role requires an individual who can anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, navigate ambiguity, and execute with excellence while supporting the growth of a cutting-edge robotics platform and helping accelerate customer adoption. Key responsibilities include: Coordinate and execute marketing and commercial events, congresses, customer visits, and engagement programs. Manage event logistics, agency partners, vendor relationships, and budgets. Support HCP customer engagement activities, including contracts, NDAs, travel, and compliance-related documentation. Deliver memorable and high-quality customer engagements by proactively managing communications, logistics, schedules, and on-site experiences. Provide project management support across marketing and commercial initiatives, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and operational excellence. Support marketing collateral development and copy approval. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred. Minimum of four years in healthcare commercial roles (e.g. marketing, sales, sales operations, sales training) Experience supporting congresses, customer events, training programs, or commercial marketing initiatives. Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Experience in MedTech or healthcare preferred. Other: This role will be based out of Santa Clara, CA and may require up to 20% travel (domestic and international) Ability to support on-site event execution and customer visits in Santa Clara is required The anticipated base pay for this role is $109,000 to $174,800 Join our dynamic team and play a key role in redefining surgical care globally!
