Labcorp is seeking an Intern – Commercial Sales Operations to join our Sales Team based in Tampa, FL , with the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule. Work Schedule: Days/Hours: Monday–Friday / 9:00 AM–5:00 PM / 40 hours per week Job Responsibilities: Partner with data engineers, project managers, and analysts to develop and track key metrics across the Southeast Sales team. Analyze revenue and volume performance against budget and support special project initiatives. Support data automation and report development projects. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making. Analyze business and financial data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Support budgeting, analytics, and research initiatives across the Commercial Sales organization. Utilize tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, advanced Excel, and AI applications to support data analysis and reporting. Minimum Qualifications: Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program. Working towards a degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Additional Job Standards: Strong analytical and quantitative skills. High proficiency in mathematics and working with quantitative data. Experience with databases and data analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or similar analytical and reporting tools. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) applications and their use in data analysis or business processes. Demonstrated interest in budgeting, analytics, and business research. Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers, project managers, analysts, and business stakeholders. Rising seniors, upperclassmen, or Master’s students are preferred. Internship 2027 Dates: June 1, 2027–August 13, 2027 About the Team: The Commercial Sales Operations Team supports the Southeast Sales organization through data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and business insights. The team works closely with data engineers, project managers, and analysts to develop and track key performance metrics, evaluate revenue and volume performance against budget, and support strategic initiatives. As a member of the team, the intern will gain hands-on experience with data automation, report development, and business analytics while using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, advanced Excel, and AI applications. This role is particularly suited for a candidate with a strong interest in analytics, quantitative problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making.
