Market Access-Central Market Access (Sr.) Manager-Beijing

Job Responsibilities Develop and implement national market access strategies and access plans for assigned product portfolio/therapeutic areas, aligned with BU strategy and the product lifecycle Lead preparation and execution of NRDL submission, negotiation and renewal, covering dossier development, pricing strategy and negotiation scenario planning Drive access strategy for commercial insurance (e.g., Innovative Drug List, Huiminbao) and other multi-payer solutions Monitor and analyze national and regional policy developments (NHSA, NMPA, NHC, etc.), including NRDL, VBP, DRG/DIP, pricing and hospital listing policies; assess their business impact and propose response plans Act as the central access lead for assigned products, aligning BU, Medical, Finance, Supply and Legal & Compliance on access priorities and timelines Provide guidance, tools and training to regional/provincial access teams for local implementation, hospital listing and policy execution Education Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Health Economics, Public Health, Business or related field; Master's degree preferred Experience 5–8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in market access, pricing, reimbursement, government affairs or related roles Hands-on experience in NRDL negotiation, VBP or national pricing/reimbursement projects strongly preferred Experience in multinational pharma or leading consultancy is an advantage Pursue progress , discover extraordinary Better is out there.
