We are looking for a curious, detail-oriented intern to join our Lilly Türkiye team and work across Ethics & Compliance and Learning & Development — including how we use AI and digital tools to make both work better. What you will do Ethics & Compliance Prepare E&C training content: slide decks, one-pagers, and short guides Draft internal E&C communications in Turkish and English Use AI tools such as Copilot to draft and summarize materials faster Coordinate E&C Champion meetings and initiatives : agendas, materials, notes, coordination and follow-ups Take ownership of your own E&C project and present it to the team at the end of your internship Privacy program support for DPA submission preparations Translation support for materials, policies and procedures Learning & Development Coordinate training assignments, learning plans and curricula in our learning system Track completion rates and follow up on overdue trainings Answer employee and manager questions on assignments, deadlines, and system access Coordinate learning requests with global support teams, ensuring effective and timely communication and follow-up Analyze learning data and build reports and dashboards Support onboarding and learning communications for new joiners What we are looking for 3rd or 4th year university student Good command of written and spoken English Interest in employee development and learning technologies such as AI Organized, detail-oriented and able to run several tasks in parallel Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn Available to work at least 3 days per week Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
