We believe our people make all the difference in cultivating an inclusive culture that embraces our cultural beliefs.   WHAT DOES A SENIOR EXPERIENCE DESIGNER - WEB/IVA DO? The Senior Experience Designer – Web/IVA is a seasoned, hands-on individual contributor operating at the intersection of design, technology, and brand across web and interactive visual aid (IVA) experiences. This role exists to translate creative vision into high-quality, production-ready digital experiences that balance brand expression, user experience, system integrity, and technical feasibility.  Senior Experience Designers are trusted practitioners who operate with a high degree of autonomy, applying sound judgment and deep expertise to navigate complexity, solve execution challenges, and consistently deliver work that meets both creative intent and production requirements. They contribute strategically to execution while remaining deeply engaged in the craft—leading through expertise, influencing design direction, and ensuring quality from concept through implementation.  Success in this role requires strong proficiency in Figma, including a working understanding of variables and design tokens, as well as demonstrated experience designing within code-aligned design systems. Senior Experience Designers collaborate closely with Art, Copy, Experience Architecture (UX), Development, and fellow Experience Designers to create scalable, brand-aware solutions that are creatively compelling, system-aligned, and technically sound.  Our employees deliver exceptional business results through the strength of their expertise, execution, and cross-functional partnerships. The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.  Experience within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.  Demonstrated experience designing digital experiences within established design systems.  Strong understanding of component-based design, responsive behavior, reusable patterns, and system-driven execution.  Strong understanding of the relationship between experience design and front-end development, including the ability to design within technical constraints while advocating for design quality.  Education  Bachelor’s degree in Design, Digital Media, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).    Experience & Training  6+ years of experience in digital, motion, animation, or interactive design.   Experience designing HTML media banners within pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.   Experience contributing to or working within design systems.   Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Art, Copy, Development, and other designers.   Experience optimizing creative for performance marketing objectives.    Technology Proficiency  Advanced proficiency in Figma (required), including components, variants, Auto Layout, libraries, variables, and design tokens.  Demonstrated ability to work efficiently within shared, component-based Figma libraries and established design systems.  Working understanding of responsive design principles and how designs translate into front-end implementation.  Familiarity with digital accessibility standards and their application to interface design.    Core Competencies  Systems thinker with strong attention to detail.  Ability to translate strategy and creative vision into scalable execution.  Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.  Clear, confident communicator who can articulate design rationale, constraints, tradeoffs, and recommendations across creative and technical audiences.  Ability to operate autonomously while modeling accountability.  OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS: Patient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.  Client Delight I own every client experience and its impact on results.  Take Action I am empowered and empower others to act now.  Grow Talent I own my development and invest in the development of others.   Win Together I passionately connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime to achieve results.  Communication Matters I speak up to create transparent, thoughtful and
