The Innovation, Architecture and Infrastructure (IAI) M&A Portfolio Lead is responsible for governing and maintaining the portfolio of all M&A and Facilities projects requiring IAI services. This role is responsible for ensuring that all required project assets are in-place, staffed and financially managed. This includes hardware & software orders, and onboarding of external service provider personnel or contractors. Working under minimal supervision, the Portfolio Lead will collaborate with internal M&A and Facilities Leads and external service providers to ensure high quality and efficient delivery of service for smooth integration, divestiture or facilities launch. Working collaboratively and developing strong partnerships with M&A Facilities Leads, Solution Architects, Business Relationship Managers and Technical Leads for IAI are essential in the delivery of strong results.  Responsibilities:  Provide governance and oversight for all project execution within IAI M&A and Facilities portfolio for all M&A and Facilities projects through go-live to ensure smooth service transition.  Collaborate with external service providers, system integrators, or internal resources to ensure efficient project delivery.  Perform continuous cost oversight of project delivery services.  Ensure that all projects’ resources are in place for each project including onboarding of personnel, hardware and infrastructure, environmental readiness, software licensing, etc.  Participate in the Long-Range Planning process.  Identify opportunities to build/improve processes, gain efficiencies and improve financial performance across project delivery or all projects.  Collaborate with IAI service providers to improve service transition, go-live and operational transition.  Analyze SLAs and KPI to identify trends and partner with PS leadership to drive improvement.  Provide Portfolio Management and Service Delivery Expertise and guidance to IAI M&A and Facilities Leads as needed to ensure business stakeholders projects are delivered as planned.  Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate, Divisional and IT Policies and procedures.  Required: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Computer Engineering with 7 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 6 years’ experience; PhD with 2 years’ experience. Respective years of technology experience and related management experience in multiple business and technical processes. Understanding of project / portfolio management methodologies and tools.  Knowledge of outsourcing methodologies, operating models and working with professional services firms.  Experience overseeing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work groups.  Experience with IT infrastructure deployment and delivery methodologies.  Ability to prioritize and multi-task and strong problem resolution skills.  Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion.  Preferred: PMP certification preferred Applicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ​ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
