Technician lll, DSM Flex Production

As a Technician lll you are tasked to operate automated manufacturing equipment to produce, package and sterilize contact lenses ensuring products produced are of acceptable quality level at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include: Operate 1 DSM Flex line together with team to manufacture quality products. Operate Autoclave machine for the sterilization of contact lenses. Perform lot changes and maintenance of DSM Flex lines. Ensure good 5S standards, batch documentation completeness in accordance to procedures for DSM Flex lines and supporting equipment such as autoclaves. Initiate and execute at least 1 Kaizen idea per year.
