Job title : apprenticeship 12 months – project management in inclusion and diversity Location: Gentilly Starting : October 2026 About the job As an apprentice within our global inclusion team you’ll Support the global delivery and growth of Sanofi’s health equity initiatives by coordinating the NextGen Scholars Programme, engaging scholars, alumni and partners, and driving effective project management and operational excellence across markets. Main responsibilities: Participate in the end-to-end coordination of the NextGen Scholars Programme, including programme guidelines, scholar selection processes, onboarding, mentorship, internship placements, and ongoing engagement Collaborate with university partners, Sanofi mentors, scholars, alumni, and internal teams to ensure effective programme delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across markets Contribute to the development and engagement of the NextGen Scholar Alumni Community by supporting networking opportunities, alumni activities, career tracking, and connections between alumni, current scholars, and SanofiC Support us in tracking programme performance, scholar and alumni progress, and impact metrics, as well as preparing regular reports and updates for leadership Help identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and improve the experience of scholars and alumni, while supporting scholar and alumni events and networking opportunities Take part in cross-functional coordination across A Million Conversations, including supporting Steering Committee activities, stakeholder communications, and operational excellence across AMC workstreams About you Soft and technical skills : adaptability, organisation, communication skills. Cultural competency and a genuine commitment to inclusion and health equity principles. Interest in working with academic institutions, external partnerships, or community organizations. Education : Master’s degree in business, public health, international relations or project management Languages : english fluent Why choose us?
