Sales Territory: Eastern Region, Ukraine Preferred Candidate Location: Dnipro or Poltava Role Summary We are seeking a motivated and commercially driven Key Account Manager to drive business growth and strengthen relationships with key healthcare stakeholders across the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strategic customer partnerships, executing commercial plans, supporting product adoption, and achieving sales and market share objectives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, healthcare decision-makers, and clinical stakeholders, serving as the primary commercial contact and driving long-term partnership growth. • Collaborate with distributors and customers to identify business opportunities, understand market trends and customer needs, and support the successful execution of commercial and marketing initiatives within the assigned territory. • Promote products and communicate their clinical and business value to customers and partners. • Build and maintain a positive and professional image of the company's products through the provision of high-quality scientific, clinical, and commercial information. • Execute local commercial and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and maximize market potential. • Develop and implement territory plans based on market analysis, customer insights, and business priorities. • Assess market potential and contribute to forecasting, business planning, and strategic decision-making. • Monitor business performance, analyze sales trends, and recommend corrective actions when needed. • Organize and participate in customer meetings, educational events, workshops, and industry conferences. • Support tender activities and contribute to business opportunities within the healthcare market. • Identify and develop new business opportunities and regional projects in collaboration with distributors and healthcare institutions. • Analyze market dynamics, competitive activity, and pricing trends within hospital and retail healthcare segments. • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards. • Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance reports. Requirements: Education & Experience • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial role within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals. • Experience working with hospital customers, distributors, and healthcare decision-makers. • Experience with public procurement and tender processes is considered an advantage. • Experience in territory management, business planning, and execution of commercial activities. Knowledge & Skills • Strong understanding of the Ukrainian healthcare market and procurement environment. • Strong understanding of sales, account management, and marketing principles. • Proven ability to develop account strategies and execute business plans. • Experience building effective relationships with senior healthcare stakeholders, including department heads, medical directors, hospital administrators, and regional healthcare authorities. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Strong planning, prioritization, and territory management skills. • Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook. • Knowledge of English at Pre-Intermediate level or higher will be considered an advantage. • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
