Für unseren Standort in Saalfeld suchen wir derzeit einen Werkstudenten Human Resources (m/w/d) Als Werkstudent im Bereich Human Resources unterstützen Sie das HR-Team entlang des gesamten Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus. Sie wirken bei administrativen Personalprozessen, Reportings, Datenanalysen und verschiedenen HR-Projekten mit. Darüber hinaus tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen bei und erhalten Einblicke in vielfältige Personalthemen in einem internationalen Umfeld. Ihre Aufgaben Unterstützung bei administrativen HR-Prozessen vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des SharePoint- und Intranet-Auftritts sowie der digitalen HR-Kommunikation Unterstützung bei HR-Projekten zur Optimierung Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen Ihr Profil Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs Begeisterung für HR-Themen, digitale Tools und Prozessoptimierung Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse, Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams Sammeln Sie wertvolle Praxiserfahrung im Personalwesen und gestalten Sie gemeinsam mit uns effiziente und zukunftsorientierte HR-Prozesse. #IND-DACH #LI-SL1 Equal Employment Opportunity Baxter is an equal opportunity employer.
