We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement team for a 10-12 week paid internship. About the Role As a Pharmacovigilance - Operations & Global Process Enablement Intern, you will collaborate with cross-functional global teams to enhance and maintain essential pharmacovigilance (PV) operational policies, processes, and standards at a global level. You will play a key role in process improvements in areas such as document creation and training initiatives that leverage artificial intelligence and advanced technology; activities that support global audits and inspections; partner strategy and management; process governance for entering and reporting data held within and distributed from the global safety database and much more. Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and continuous improvement of global PV processes, policies, and standards. Collaborate with teams to develop innovative process improvements utilizing AI tools and methodologies. Help ensure adherence to international pharmacovigilance regulations, quality standards, and best practices. Participate in meetings with global colleagues and contribute to projects that impact the safety of healthcare products worldwide. Education: Current undergraduate or graduate students in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Public Health, or related fields. Preferred Experience and Skills: Strong interest in pharmacovigilance, technology, and process improvement. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Experience with artificial intelligence is a plus but not required. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Salary range: The salary range for this role is $ 39,108 through $111,111.
